Теория относительного дохода
Концепция, исследующая приоритетность относительного дохода по сравнению с реальным. При данном уровне реального дохода человек может быть относительно беден в богатом обществе, но относительно богат в бедном обществе. Из этого следует, что, поскольку сразу все люди или страны не могут стать относительно богаче, экономический рост ради роста становится бессмысленным. Ср.: Permanent-income hypothesis. эк. гипотеза относительного дохода (предположение о том, что потребление индивида, зависит не только от абсолютной величины его дохода, но и от соотношения его дохода с его прежним доходом и доходом других индивидов; в первом случае это означает наличие пиковой величины прошлых доходов индивида, ориентируясь на которую индивид изменяет свое потребление в ответ на текущее изменение доходов; во втором случае это означает, что реакция потребления индивида на рост его доходов зависит от того, стал ли он богаче других или его доходы выросли вместе с ростом совокупных доходов; гипотезу сформулировал Дж. Теория постоянного дохода
Кон цепция, предложенная М. Фридманом, в которой утверждается, что текущее потребление зависит не только от текущего чистого дохода, но и от ожиданий того, каким будет этот доход - постоянным или временным. Как доход, так и потребление разделяются на две части - постоянную и временную. Постоянный доход человека состоит из долгосрочного заработка (зарплата, жалованье), пенсии по старости и доходов на вложенный капитал( проценты, дивиденды). Величина постоянного дохода определяет планирование постоянного потребления, например, покупку дома и, следовательно, долгосрочных расходов на погашение ипотечного кредита. Временный доход - это краткосрочный заработок за сверхурочную работу, премии, непредвиденные доходы (выигрыш или наследство) и др. Может также иметь место внезапное сокращение дохода - временная безработица или болезнь. От размера временного дохода зависит временное потребление, например, дополнительный отпуск. Экономическое значение концепции заключается в том, что в краткосрочной перспективе уровень потребления может быть выше или ниже уровня, который обусловлен уровнем текущего располага емого дохода (см.
